By using the Gateway Art Gallery website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
About Us
This website is operated by the Art League of North Florida, Inc. dba Gateway Art Gallery, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community arts organization based in Lake City, Florida.
Class Registrations
- Registration for classes and events is complete only when payment is received.
- Class registration closes 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
- Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at the Gallery's discretion if you notify us in advance. Please call 386-752-5229.
- We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability. Registered participants will be notified and refunded.
Artwork Purchases
- All artwork sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
- Artwork is available for pickup at Gateway Art Gallery. Shipping may be arranged by contacting us directly.
- Prices are set by the individual artists and are subject to change.
- By purchasing artwork, you agree that resale of artist information or reproduction of artwork without permission is prohibited.
Membership
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Member benefits and discounts are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Membership status is verified at checkout for discount eligibility.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All artwork displayed on this site remains the property of the individual artists. The Gateway Art Gallery logo, site design, and written content are property of the Art League of North Florida, Inc. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Gateway Art Gallery and the Art League of North Florida, Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
