Ingrida Passett

Ingrida has called Lake City home since the late 1980s after relocating from South Florida. A self-taught artist, she first began exploring art in high school through pencil, pen and ink, and watercolor. Throughout the years, she continued painting watercolors and acrylics in her spare time while balancing family life and career responsibilities. After retiring, Ingrida began working exclusively with acrylics and discovered a deep appreciation for the medium’s versatility and vibrant qualities. Capturing the local color and character of North Florida through acrylic painting has since become one of her greatest passions. In addition to painting, Ingrida enjoys gardening, reading, travel, and spending time with family and friends. As a new member of the Gateway Art Gallery and the Art League of North Florida, she looks forward to sharing her work and connecting with fellow artists throughout the North Florida community.
